First time visitors to the sanctuary usually say,

"I had no idea Caring For Creatures was so large or that this kind of facility even existed in central Virginia!"

Come and experience all the happy faces, tail wags and purrs for yourself. The installation of the Memory Wall will begin soon in The Scratching Post, our main cat residence

. This campaign's goal is to create 200 tiles to honor or memorialize a beloved animal or human companion.

Each 4" ceramic tile is special with a colorful design and name. Together, they will become a unique piece of art filled with meaning and love. There are only 25 tiles available in this Phase 1 of The Memory Wall. If you would like to reserve a tile, please contact Caring For Creatures at 434-842-2404 or reserve tiles by visiting the Sanctuary's Secure Website HERE and making appropriate notations in the memo field.

A $100 donation will reserve your tile and, at the same time, help homeless animals receive a second chance.

We have a grand vision for helping homeless animals and the humans who love them. It's your support that has made Caring For Creatures possible. But there is still a great deal of work to be done - the calls and emails requesting help for animals in trouble come in every day.

Your ongoing support is needed so that Caring For Creatures can continue to help them. Let's keep the momentum going by expanding our joint efforts to do even more.
