As the name implies, Gypsy obviously did a fair amount of traveling to arrive at Caring For Creatures in the condition she was. Very thin and covered with ticks, I'm sure she felt great relief to have found a safe haven at the sanctuary. Immediately upon arrival, she was fed good wholesome food and given a warm place to rest her weary body. All this took place in June of this year and Gypsy has bounced back beautifully. She is a delightful hound mix who loves everyone and everyone loves her in return.
What's not to like about this gal........she's cute (with an unusually short tail for her size), friendly, playful, and gets along well with other dogs. At only two years old, Gypsy would make an easy transition into a home with folks willing to provide quality care and lots of love. you can be proud of and one that you will love as much as she will love you. JESSE

Jesse is a little curious as to why no one has discovered just what a wonderful kitty he is. He surely has everything one would look for in a feline companion. The staff at Caring For Creatures refer to him as a "huge lovebug." A laid-back kitty who is still playful but not hyperactive. One who would enjoy spending his time relaxing in a favorite friend's lap or lounging on a cat tree.
Jesse arrived at Caring For Creatures in May of this year along with his mom and two brothers. They had been living as strays but luckily a kind man decided that they deserved a better life and brought them to the sanctuary. Jesse is eight months old, neutered, and up to date on vaccines. He gets along fine with other cats and would do well in any household. Why not make 2009 a special year for this special kitty.
